If a post or reply breaks the rules
Use the report option on the post itself first — it's the fastest route. Once enough people report something it's hidden straight away, before anyone on our side even reads it. If you'd like us to look directly, send it through the form above and choose Reporting harmful content.
If someone is in immediate danger
Please contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline in your country. Unbirden is not a crisis service and this form isn't watched around the clock — going straight to real help is faster and better.
If you're the one struggling
You don't have to explain yourself to us to be taken seriously. Write as little or as much as you like. And if you'd rather talk to someone qualified, a local helpline will do more for you than we can.
what to include
You don't need to write much. These four things help us fix things fastest:
- What happened, in a sentence or two
- Roughly when it happened
- The tag the post was under, if you remember it
- What you were using — phone or computer, and which browser or app
Please don'tinclude anyone's real name, phone number, or address — not even your own. We don't need it, and we'd rather not have it.

Do I have to say who I am?
No. The form doesn't ask for your name, and the email field is optional. You can send a message without giving us anything to identify you by.
Then how do I get a reply?
Only by adding an email address. If you leave it blank we'll still read and act on your message — we just have no way to write back.
How long will it take?
We'll look into your query and get back to you within 2–3 working days.
Will you tell me who posted something?
No. Not to anyone. That's the point of the place.
